After an in-depth interview with
the bride we will provide a list of vendors that fit with the style, budget,
and service of the wedding. Because of our extensive interactions with the areas
wedding vendors, we are experts at building a team of professional wedding
experts for you. No two teams are the same, just like no two brides are the
same.
Attendance
of Vendor Meetings
We accompany the bride on her
meetings with her vendors. This could be the initial meeting (where we ask the
questions you need to know the answers to), follow up meetings, or final
meeting (where the final details are spelled out and addressed).
Creation of Personalized Wedding Budget
A comprehensive interview with
the bride and the decision-makers of the wedding. After this meeting a
personalized budget will be created for you based on your preferences. You can
then use this budget when hiring your vendors. Ongoing budget management is a
great add on to this service.
Rehearsal,
Wedding and Reception Direction
On site direction services to
ensure correct ceremony processional and recessional. Oversee "day
of" time line and deliveries. See below for a detailed explanation of our

Personalized
Wedding Checklist and Time line
Checklists for all parties
involved; bride, groom, parents, attendants. This is a detailed list that
pertains to you and your wedding. Not like anything you see in a magazine.
Gown Selection, Shopping, and Handling
A personal wedding day shopper
goes with you on your journey. We will give you tips and suggestions on how to
save $$$ off your wedding attire. We can also arrange for your dress to be
steamed and delivered to the ceremony site. Newsletters can be sent to your
attendants' regarding their attire. We will even return your attendants tuxedos
after the wedding.
Reception Management
From logistics of the vendors
(including communicating details, directions, and time lines) to table
settings, place cards, table diagrams, food service, entertainment
coordination, floral and cake details.
Destination
Wedding
Need help with coordinating the
details from across the country? We will coordinate everything for you!
Out
of Town Guests
We will handle the accommodations
for your out of town guests, transportation, activities, and welcome baskets
(if provided). Accommodation cards can be created for your guests letting them
know the who, what, when, and where.
Menu Planning, Flower Selection
Our planners are experienced in
these areas to make sure you are making the best decisions.
Invitations and Other Paper Items
This service includes assistance
with wording invitations, assembly, addressing, program design and assembly.
Going to the Chapel Services
The benefit of the extra services listed
with this package is to work on your behalf to ensure accuracy with the details
you have planned for your wedding day. Without this extra knowledge from you,
we are simply directing the activities and your coordinator will not be as well
informed of your plans.
This package includes:
- Up to 15 hours of consulting and coordination of
wedding day activities
- A meeting to obtain vendor contracts and to
review them for any potential problems. Details will be cross checked with
vendors.
- An on site visit to address layout or logistics
questions and concerns
- A processional/recessional schedule
- Ensuring the accuracy of the services
delivered from the vendors
- A pre-wedding site check
- Assistance with the pinning of the flowers for
the bridal party and family
- Checking the placement of programs, guest book,
lighting, etc...
- Bringing an emergency bag for any last minute
mishaps
- Lining up the bridal party for the processional
and assisting with the recessional
- Coordinating with the photographer for pre/post
ceremony pictures
- Assisting Bride and Groom with lining up guests
for special pictures
- Arranging for the gifts to be placed in a
predetermined car trunk for safekeeping
- Arranging for the guest book to be transported
to the reception
- Coordination with the caterer to ensure accuracy
of the menu and serving times
- Arrangement of leftover food for family
members and getting approval from the caterer
- Coordinating the Bride's table, guest book, gift
table, and the throwing of the bouquet and garter
- Coordinating the music schedule, entrance of the
Bridal couple, cake cutting, and grand exit
- Assistance with the distribution of the
rice/birdseed/petals to be thrown during the grand exit
Wedding Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception Direction
Services
You will receive 1.5 hours for the
rehearsal, 2 hours for the ceremony, and 4 hours for the reception. This
package is strictly for direction. There are no consultation meetings.
This
package includes:
